In her role as Legal Coun­sel, she advi­ses the firm’s att­or­neys on a wide ran­ge of legal mat­ters and ensu­res that all man­da­tes meet regu­la­to­ry and com­pli­ance stan­dards. She also gua­ran­tees that all actions under­ta­ken on behalf of the firm are in line with appli­ca­ble laws.

She is also respon­si­ble for all con­trac­tu­al acti­vi­ties, both inter­nal and exter­nal, draf­ting and revie­w­ing con­tracts for cli­ents as well as for inter­nal stake­hol­ders, inclu­ding employ­ment agree­ments for att­or­neys and staff.

Addi­tio­nal­ly, I am respon­si­ble for deve­lo­ping and main­tai­ning inter­nal poli­ci­es and pro­ce­du­res, ensu­ring that the firm con­sis­t­ent­ly upholds its ethi­cal stan­dards and com­pli­es with all appli­ca­ble legal obli­ga­ti­ons.
