Att­or­ney Francesco Pastori will speak at the lec­tu­re series dedi­ca­ted to Ita­ly and Ita­li­an law, sche­du­led to take place at the Senats­saal of the Facul­ty of Natu­ral Sci­en­ces at the Johan­nes Guten­berg Uni­ver­si­ty Mainz, in Mainz (Ger­ma­ny).

His pre­sen­ta­ti­on will exami­ne the vic­to­ry of the “NO” vote in the jus­ti­ce refe­ren­dum, ana­ly­zing topics such as the sepa­ra­ti­on of powers, the sepa­ra­ti­on of care­ers, and the role of the CSM. It is an oppor­tu­ni­ty for aut­ho­ri­ta­ti­ve dis­cus­sion on cur­rent issues within the Ita­li­an legal sys­tem in an inter­na­tio­nal aca­de­mic con­text.
